1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Carrier Tender website, applications, and related services offered by LogixSpot LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ShipperSpot and HotshotSpot are separate LogixSpot products with their own terms and billing. These Terms cover Carrier Tender only.
2. The Service
Carrier Tender is a business-to-business software platform that helps freight brokers manage lanes, issue load tenders (including waterfall and blast tendering), maintain routing-guide style carrier prioritization, and work with a carrier network. The Service is not a freight broker, motor carrier, or transportation intermediary.
4. Subscriptions, fees, and billing
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Current published plans:
- Operator: USD $7 / month or USD $75 / year
- Manager: USD $250 / month or USD $2,500 / year
Fees are billed in U.S. dollars through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
